Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Overview

Studio Series software products (including ElectricianStudio and future titles) are designed to run entirely offline on your own computer. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, and — because these are offline tools — how little information is involved.

2. Data stored on your device

Studio Series applications store your project data (cable schedules, material lists, drawings, settings and similar) in a local database on your own machine. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any server unless you explicitly choose to export it.

3. Information collected by the application

4. Information collected on our website

Our website may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, typically through hosting/CDN services, for security and to keep the site working. We do not sell this data.

5. Purchase data

Purchases are processed by FastSpring, our payment and fulfillment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Payment details (card or PayPal information) are handled entirely by FastSpring under its own privacy and security policies. We receive only the order details necessary to deliver your license (such as your email address and purchased product).

6. Emails

We may email you to deliver your license key, order confirmation or important product notices. We will not send marketing email unless you have opted in, and you may opt out at any time.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies/technologies needed for basic operation. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

8. Third-party services

These providers operate under their own privacy policies. Where they process personal data on our behalf, they are our data processors.

9. Data retention

We retain only what is necessary to fulfill your order and provide support. Project data remains under your control on your device. You may request deletion of personal data we hold by contacting us.

10. Children's privacy

Our products are professional tools and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

12. Security

Because most of your data never leaves your device, the primary security measure is your own control of your machine. For data we do process, we use industry-standard safeguards.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will always reflect the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.

14. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at the address shown in the footer of our website.
