These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Studio Series software products. By downloading, installing or using the software, or by completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or complete the purchase.
Upon purchase of a paid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the purchased product on the number of devices permitted by the license tier you selected, for your own business or personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Some products may offer a free edition with limited features. Free editions are licensed under the same general terms. Paid licenses unlock the full feature set. "Free" does not change your obligations under these terms (e.g. no reverse engineering).

Purchases are processed by FastSpring, our merchant of record. Prices, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your purchase is governed by FastSpring's checkout and payment terms. A valid license key is required to activate the paid product.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Digital software is generally non-returnable once a license key has been delivered, except where required by consumer law or the refund window described in that policy.
Studio Series tools are planning and documentation aids only. They do not replace professional engineering judgment. You are responsible for verifying all results against applicable local codes and for having final designs reviewed by a qualified engineer. The software is provided "as is" and results are estimates that depend on accurate input.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
We may release updates or new versions from time to time. A perpetual license covers the version you purchased; updates are provided at our discretion and may be free or paid.
The software, its source code, documentation and trademarks are owned by Studio Series or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by using the software.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and import laws. You may not use the software in any country or manner prohibited by applicable law.
These terms remain in effect unless terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases, and other provisions of these terms (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply and take precedence.
