1. Digital software

Our products are digital software, delivered as downloadable files and activated with a license key. Because a license key is delivered immediately upon purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions below. Once a license has been activated, it is generally non-refundable, consistent with common practice for digital software.

2. Refund window

We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase, provided the software license has not yet been activated. If you find the product unsuitable during this period and have not used your license, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are generally not available after the license has been activated.

3. When a refund is granted

• You purchased by mistake (e.g. duplicate purchase or wrong product) and the license has not been used;
• The software cannot be activated due to a confirmed defect on our side and we are unable to resolve it;
• Where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction grants a withdrawal or refund right that overrides this policy.

4. When a refund is not granted

• The license key has already been delivered and used for activation;
• You are dissatisfied with a feature or result after using the software (results depend on inputs and are estimates);
• You are outside the 30-day window and no legal right to a refund applies.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at the address shown in the footer of our website within the 30-day window. Include your order details (order ID or the email used at checkout) and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (FastSpring). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear. We may ask you to confirm that any license key has not been activated.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where those rights conflict with this policy, the law prevails.
